When do you do your oil/tranny flush?

When do you do your oil/tranny flush?
As per the title.
I'd like to see how close people push their drainage intervals.
Oil: As per book, 20,000km (I know, I know.)
Tranny: (60,000km)
Me:
Oil: 10,000-12000km
Tranny. Currently at 47500, will probably do it at 55000km or so as car is under ELW.

70,000 for the transmission.
Oil? I've only driven 4500 miles since last 10,000 mile service at dealership.......but that was 18 months back. Dipstick - at 3/4 full - reads OK (with good looking golden oil - not BLACK)
Have scheduled appointment with dealer for service.
Any thoughts on extended OCI (beyond the boilerplate - magic number - one year?
I realize some will say I'm playing with fire (and I respect that). Any dissenters?
