if the OP is committed to more frequent oil changes, then maybe, but with DI and forced injection and these stupid long oil changes which destroy engine oil (fuel dilution, reduction in flashpoint, and thus more crap on the intake valves), I'm not going to even remotely bet the W205s will last as long as the non DI 204s.
I have no issue financially of buying a E300/400 but I'm cautiously waiting to see how these DI engines turn out for owners who keep their cars more than 4 years.
(e.g. these 4 cylinder turbo charged DI engines have me a bit...worried for long term longevity)
