C250 2012 Bluetooth audio disappeared!

So for the past 2 years I've been driving c250 2012 and haven't had any issues until today. I woke up and noticed my Bluetooth music isn't working like it usually does(most of the time the phone connect automatically and turns on a song from my phone with Bluetooth turned on) so I went to control panel to connect it, as I got there I noticed the "Bluetooth audio" option disappeared. I can't listen to music anymore through Bluetooth. Any ideas what happened? The car was parked the whole night and it all occurred in matter of night.

Did your phone get an update overnight? From where did the Bluetooth Audio option disappear? From the car's menu or the phone?

I would delete the BT connection from both ends and pair them again. It's kind of the nature of Bluetooth to wonk out on occasion.

the Bluetooth audio option disappeared from the car. Like it doesn't exist anyone. Before they had a few options in audio like "aux" "USB" "cd" "Bluetooth audio" and you could select between those but now Bluetooth audio option disappeared. There is no problem with the phone, the phone sees and connects to the car no problem

i tried that. Deleted everything and paired again. The phone connects as it did before and you can talk through Bluetooth, the only problem is the Bluetooth audio doesn't work. Audio as in music

Ah, sounds like that module may have failed. I think the streaming and phone functions are different components. I might try a battery disconnect but that's just shot in the dark.
