Doesn't rev over 1500RPM
Hello Everyone,
I have C300 w204 produced in 2008. It was a typical day I was driving without any pressure or high rpms, when suddenly car didn't let me to accelerate over 1500 RPMs (about 1500 rpms), it was like computer was limiting me to push gas pedal to rev over 1500 RPMs. Engine sound was okay, not even turned on sign of "check engine". Stopped the car, turned it off, took key from ignition. Then started engine and then car did let me to drive normally, there were no any limit for 1500 revs. It was very strange. I took car to computer diagnostic service, technician guy said computer has detected that throttle was stuck (I don't understand what does that mean), let me to go without any service... After that accident, for about 3 or 4 days, same thing didn't happened, but car did it again after 4 days.
Do you have any suggestions or you may have experienced with the same thing?
