W204 Depo Projector Swap
I bought and installed Depo C63 projector headlights on my 2013 C300. I installed the Morimoto HID kit on it as well. The cut off line on the projector is not the greatest. Some hots spots and glare. I am assuming its just a crappy projector in the Depo headlights. Has anyone done a retro fit swap for a different lens in these headlights to get a better quality output? I see a bunch of morimoto lenses available, just dont know which one to get.

Did you do the swap?
I have same headlight units and projectors look realy bad.
I'm looking more of biled swap, but interested if you have fitted any other projector? If yes, which one, did you need any adapters (brackets - custom or bought)? Hard to open headlights or you were able to get projector out from rear?

Yeah I did the swap myself. Depo projectors are terrible. I bought Morimoto projectors/HID kit/Bulbs. Had to do some fabrication on the inside but the result is amazing. My buddy with a 7 Series BMW is amazed at how crazy my lights look

Can you send a link which projectors you have bought?
And describe what did you have to modify (fabrication on the inside)?
Did you have any problems opening glass? Did you resell with new butyl or used existing?
