Fixed P2004 but still have P2004, P0304, P0305 and P0306 misfires

Hello, My 2008 C300 4Matic gave me codes p2004 and p0304 as I got home last week. I replaced the P2004 intake manifold plastic flap with a metal assembly. I still had the P2004 and P0304 codes after the job. The next day, P0305 and P0306 became active as well. The car must be running on 3 cylinders. Would the P2004 malfunction also do damage to coils or spark plugs? I cannot figure out this one. The car was running fine last week with 160K and it may have never had coils/spark plugs changed, still, I know it would have been due for a tune up soon, but I am suspicious of timing of all 3 cylinders acting up at once. Any ideas what I should look for?

Hello,
I have exactly the same problem as Marcelo1. After replacing manifold, now it is only P0304 0305 0306 showed up. In addition, P2A03 (O2 Sensor Circuit Range/Performance Bank 2 Sensor 1) appeared!

I have replaced all 3 spark plugs and coils in cylinders 4, 5, and 6 but the problem still exists. Should I replace the O2 sensor? Any comments or help is appreciated.

It might take weeks for the codes to go away on their own. In the end, you will need to go to a shop to clear your codes. Those crappy ebay code readers will not erase these codes.

My codes were erased with a Snap On unit by my mechanic and he had some difficulty doing it too.

Did you make sure the gaskets were placed in the correct manner?
