But that's not the biggest issue, I also get error message on corner lighting and ILS, could it be fuses? It seems that both corners work fine when I start the car, so the xenon lights go up and down.

I had a similar problem and when I took out the bulbs, there were some damaged places on the plastic. The connections get melted over the time and it has to be replaced. I replaced the plastic part for $10-$15.
