M272 engine, 2012 C300 4matic.
My owners manual is buried underneath my trunk, but there seems to be a million different answers as to the oil sump capacity of the C300 (PFI, not DI, so the 272 engine) 4 matic.
I drained the snot out of my engine yesterday (as in extracted as much oil as possible, and opened up the drain hole), and I swear to all that's holy, that I put in 8 liters (ish), LITERS, and it's perfectly full. Yes, i've checked it on level ground, over two separate days, 5 minutes after turning off a hot engine.
A bunch of sources tell me that it's 8quarts, but reading MBWorld, it isn't the case for 4matic vehicles. Who is right here? Is it 6.8quarts, or not?
