How to listen to your own music through bluetooth?

I have a 2011 Mercedes C300. I have my phone already paired up with the bluetooth. But it doesn't play music, only plays phone calls. How do i listen to my only music in the car?

The vehicle doesn't support bluetooth music. Only phone call audio.

Yep, you can't, have to use the aux cord in the glove compartment (may be hidden behind side panel that meets the door, then you need to pull it out)

Bluetooth only works with the phone unfortunately. It's a pretty basic system, but a good one.

Factory ordered 2012 MB C350 w/Dynamic Handling Package
2012+ with the "Multimedia Package" supports streaming music using Bluetooth. I do it daily with Pandora & YouTube.

My car is 2011 and i when selecting audio source (cd., memory card, usb drive) i have also bluetooth. And i can easily listen music from my phone. Do not know, maybe it depends on COMAND firmware version ?

Hi,

If you have the MMI (Multi Media Interface) with iPod adapter: https://mbworld.org/forums/c-class-w...ml#post6650409

If you do not have the MMI but the Aux adpater, his may work for you: https://mbworld.org/forums/c-class-w...ml#post6651462

My complete thread: https://mbworld.org/forums/c-class-w...2011-c300.html

I have a 2011 C300 Sport with MMI and I've streamed music, Google Maps, YouTube et al since 2015. I use an iPhone with iOS 12.

This setup works for me.

Best of Luck!

use a memory card because it uses less wear and tear on your phone and battery. Memory cards fit was more too
