I also have some vibration when I turn the A/C on. I thought it was normal....
Are you sure the belt tensioner has to be replaced for this? Do you know what the service interval of the belt and tensioner is?

You might want to remove the serpentine belt and confirm the A/C compressor pulley is free spinning with the A/C clutch off..hard to tell if the compressor is dragging with the A/C ON but a close listen, with a metal rod or stethoscope might reveal a bearing problem. Your Sx's sound like somethings dragging. (obviously can check the other pulleys with belt off but you state the problem there when A/C activated.)

Both two pulleys and the pulley of belt tensioner i was changed that around two years ago and the squeak of belt engine quiet not mutch but still a bit not all sound gone. Now when switch on the A/C and drive the car if i turn right or left the engine like off and drop the transmission to N than the status back normal (one time light of check engine appear and gone) .( who is know about this issue? )
That issue for why i want to replace the belt tensioner.

Did you solve that issue? I have the exact same problem/ Strong vibration when AC is on. Engine and transmission mount replacement didn't help.

Hi
My C200K had a seized Decoupling pulley on the alternator which is designed un unload torsion in the drive belt at idle
Please Look up "Decoupling alternator pulley” on youtube to understand how they work.
My symptoms were at idle= unusual noise, alternator tensioner flapping back and forth, power steering not working very good at idle, drive belt noise.
I replaced the belt and tensioner pulley (Not tensioner as you have huge job to remove the intake and supercharger) this only slightly improved the situation.
I think you have is a seized up alternator drive pulley, they should freewheel one direction and drive in the other direction.
The Fix is to replace the decoupling pulley on the alternator which I did and everything is perfect now, the old pulley was seized up.

Also need a spline drive and Allen key
