Check left tail light message
2012 C300 Getting message but everything working. Are the tailight bulbs easy to change on a 2012? Thanks for any help.

Check as soon as possible the brown wire next to the tailight conector, both sides! If signs of burn, need to change as quick!
And add a thicker wire from a negative point to the lamp holder!
