Seat heater buttons not working

Seat heater buttons not working

Hey guys,
i was trying to turn the seat heaters on but the button light is not even turning on (driver sode and passenger side), last time i turned it on, it was working fine.
i replaced the fuse number 12, but it didnt work out.
do you have any suggestions?

Sounds like a fuse to me if both seats are not working. Was the fuse you replaced blown? Best check the new fuse to see if it is also blown. If it is, then sounds like electrics problem you’ll need to have diagnosed.

the 2 seats are not working, and the fuse was not blown,i just replaced it with another one 7.5A.
its really weird. The buttons are not turning on.

Weird indeed. Is the 4-flashers button working? I'm trying to figure out if the entire panel is shot or just the heater buttons? can you double check the under-seat connections?

Also, found this in the Owner’s Manual... “If the battery voltage is too low, the seat heating may switch off”.

hello did you fix your problem with the heated seats I have the Same problem and even the buttons don't illuminate at all....thanks
