W204 '08 Steering Wheel Problem
First of all, hi to everyone, new member here, owner of a '08 Avantgarde W204.
Now, let's skip to the issue.. When I was buying this car, I didn't know much about it, this was my second car, and my first car was a Fiat.. Said enough lol.
So, the guy that sold me the Benz, basically scre**d me over by selling me this Avantgarde model, with a 4 - button steering wheel. It took me weeks to figure out how to access the instrument cluster options, and when I figured out HOW, I realized I am not able to do it, because I'm basically missing 8 buttons on my steering wheel. Now.. I've checked some local sites similar to ebay, and etc. And the thing is, used steering wheels for this car is expensive! So, what I'm asking, is there any way to access the instrument cluster settings without the buttons? While I save up for the whole wheel lol. Cause, I'm pretty sure my car is stuck in economic, and I can't change it. And I believe, there's lot to check, and test, which I can't. So, any help is appreciated.

On second thoughts the Avantguard should not have that wheel.
Can you take it back to the seller ?

That is correct. The guy that sold me this Benz, he put inside of it this steering wheel, took out the original one, probably sold it to someone, and put this one in mine. Now, before I go to his house, and make some ''reasonable'' talk with him, I want to know if there is any other alternative way to access the cluster settings?
