Instrument cluster malfunctioning

My 2008 c350 battery died, I tried to jump it and when the dash turned on I got message that abs, traction and tire pressure etc and we’re off, I replaced the battery and my instrument cluster reported the same message and the rpm gage kept going from 0-1000, meanwhile the car engine was still at idling rpm and car goes into gear fine

Unplug your battery for at least 4 hours and then try.
If longer then that's fine
