Radiator fan over cools car! HELP

2012 mercedes C250
Radiator fan over cools car! HELP
2012 Mercedes C250
I am having a issue with my radiator fan NOT turning off when it should! The fan turns on when it should, it just never turns off until I shut off the car. The car never overheats and I just replaced the coolant temperature sensor hoping for a easy fix. I know the fan is over cooling the car because it will cool it passed the operating temperature when it should be shutting off. Has anyone ever experienced this? Any information would be helpful, thanks guys !
