Camera is fixed in the garnish on a W204, could be wire damage, rodent?, can remove camera and check on another AV source, factory camera wires from memory are green, yellow, brown and red.

Again from memory but would be a idea to double check, Brown is ground, Green is activation (reverse signal), Red is power and Yellow is video signal.
