2010 C180 CGI timing chain alignment faulty?
Ignition curve oscillating at idle from approx. -10 to 12 degrees, gets normal at 1500rpm and above.
Also replaced crank shaft position sensor with a new one.
I have now tested with four other ignition coils with same result. I am out of clue now.

I've replaced both oxygen sensors with same results, the issue is, rpm hesitates when throttling up, vibrates between apprx. 1100-2000rpm.
I'll get fault code P017222 mixture too lean, signal amplitude is greater than maximum amplitude and P017227 mixture too lean, signal change rate is above pemissable limit value on my Icarsoft CR PRO.
What I understand and know, all values and engine functions works as expected when I read the real time data on the scanner.
Please anyone who can help me?

The cam angle values I read on the scanner shows -109. 9 and 109.8 respectively at idle, it is exactly same values I read on my friends car which is exactly the same model as mine.
Any thoughts?




Is it possible to reuse the tensioner again? Possible to release the locking device?
