c250 CGI cooling fan doesn't spinning.

Hi w204 users!!!

Anyone can tell me at which coolant temperature will active fan? and how much gas pressure for AC work normally?
I'm using OBD2 tool to check the coolant temperature and it rises to 105 degrees (car idle) but the cooling fan doesn't spin. After that im active AC then fan going to spin but when AC off fan stop run.

is that normal?
