2009 W204 RearSubframe
Hey y’all my wife was driving our car and starting hearing a metal noise in the drivers rear side, as I checked the next day I realized the subframe was corroded and a whole part broke from it. I unauthorized Mercedes mechanic quoted the job for almost 2500, i look up in the web and realized this was a common issue with theses models, any advised on how approach this issue at the MB dealer?

So, what country are you in? Have you registered with Mercedes-Benz? If not, you need to. If you have, you should have gotten a letter extending the warranty for something like 20 years. It's covered if you live in the US, Canada, Great Britain, and probably other parts of Europe.

I would visit your local Mercedes dealer with photos showing all the damage. They will probably tell you to bring it in for an inspection which they will probably charge you for. The good thing is the inspection should be covered in your case from the photo.
"This extended warranty does not include the costs of an authorized Mercedes-Benz dealership’s inspection of the vehicle during the recommended maintenance intervals. However, if an authorized Mercedes-Benz dealership confirms that the vehicle’s rear subframe requires replacement due to corrosion with perforation, the inspection and replacement will be performed at no cost to the customer." — Mercedes
