I have a 2008 c220 cdi sport which has a sport mode button need to change front shockers i been told i have electric shockers anyone changed these before any help which ones are they or can standard ones be fitted? Thats the only picture i could get any help

If you fit standard you will have to do all 4 and code-out the active suspension feature. Make sure you get the correct standard dampers, limousine or sport, the length is different.
Monroe do the OEM electronic dampers C2508. Check their site. GBP 180 each on AutoDoc.

im in the uk but when i try search the shockers from local websites i get so many different variants this is so confusing i get electric and non electric with my registration plate
Seems you have the dynamic handling package which I know nothing about since not having it myself, I just have 4matic sport struts. I guess your struts have some type of connectors that either change the height or damping level of the strut.
Youre going to get alot of different part #s because all those struts will fit in your car. But most will not have the dynamic handling feature that you have.
When I was looking to replace my front struts i came across a listing for sport struts but when i received them they were for the "Luxury" model. The struts were physically taller than my sport struts by a few mm side by side. I needed to get my car on the road so i installed them while i looked for another set of struts, they fit, but they made my car ride a little bit higher by around 1/2", it was noticable.
I looked up the part# on the strut in your picture and not coming up with anything except for two websites offering a used set, from Ukraine. Im guessing Mercedes has since updated the part numbers many times like they do with all parts.
Best bet is to visit your local Mercedes parts dept with your vin # and act like you want to order a set, have them write down the replacement part #s.
