Power Steering Pulley

I don't see how the pulley can make noise tho cuz it's pressed on pretty solid.
If you have a squeaky noise you can't find have you tried running the engine without the oil cap on? If you do this and there is allot of vacuum at the oil fill hole and there squeal goes away then you have a bad PCV diaphragm and it's sucking air in making noise.

And I’m not chasing a squeak, I’m chasing whatever is making my belt bounce around. New tensioner and idler pulleys and belt and still no luck making my belt stable. It causes a vibration at idle that is removed if I run the engine without the belt. Harmonic balancer looks to be good, alternator is definitely contributing but if it isn’t that my best guess is the power steering pulley so I figured I would do some asking around.

The belt bouncing could be the alternator pulley as it is a one way clutch on that pulley that is supposed to stop belt bounce when you accelerate fast then let of the accelerator the pulley will slip. You should be able to check that with only removing the belt and use something to stop the alternator from spinning. Then you should only be able to soon the pulley in one direction. I'm assuming you have the alternator with the clutch on the pulley.
Here's a video to see what I'm talking about.

To know for sure remove the belt. Jam up the alternator with something so it won't turn then try to turn the poult both directions. Should not turn one way since the alternator is jammed up by us and should turn the other way even tho the alternator don't spin.
