Mirror Tilt Without Memory Seats Retrofit
Has anyone been able to retrofit the passenger mirror tilt on a car without memory seats on a w204?
I found a few posts where it has been done on other models but couldn't find anything for a w204.

After reading these threads, I thought I'd give it a shot.
What I have tried so far:
1. Purchased a mirror off of a car with memory seats. My wife has a GLK with memory seats and mirror tilt so I plugged the mirror into her car as a test and the mirror tilted so I know it has the right motor with memory.
At first my hope was that the passenger door module was universal between cars with memory and cars without memory so I just plugged the new mirror in place and coded my car to have memory package 275 and memory seats (package 241/242) but this didn't work.
2. Purchased a passenger door module from a car with memory and replaced my passenger one with this one.
After plugging in the door module with the new mirror and enabling package 275 and 241/242, it still doesn't work.
Note: I've also made sure that the passenger side mirror was selected.
I'm out of ideas. Has anyone been successful in retrofitting this?
Additional note: I haven't used XENTRY or DAS to code the car. I have a Launch Creader Elite that I used to enable package 275 and 241/242.
Car is a 2014 C63 Sedan
