I want to hear someone’s opinion on this , I got out of work and go turn on my ac in my car and I turn it up to the 4 speed setting and it started making a vibration . But when I turn it to the 3 speed setting it does not . The next day I get off work again and this time when I turn it to the 3rd speed setting it did the vibration . This vibration is loud when idling . When on the road it’s not noticeable but it’s there . What’s some things I should check?

Check for debris in the blower cage. That can unbalance it and create really bad vibration and noise. Also check that the vanes on the cage are not broken. The blower is easily access from under the hood by removing the plenum that is above the battery.
With the ac OFF turn the heat on and go thru the fan speeds. Does it produce the same vibration or noise you are talking about.
As noted above you can check the blower itself for vibration or noise. Open the hood and remove the plastic air intake box above the battery. Its held on by three metal clips, middle clip stays on the box the two outer clips stay attached to the car side. The blower is right inside.
