I would like to share the black version of the diamond grill I purchased from the same seller on ebay.
Quality is just as great as my stock grill.

I finally got my car yesterday, will be installing this weekend (silver one), how long did it take you?

ok, install was a pain, took two hours to do it right, I will post pics later and some step by steps.

I notice that you have Distronic, as do I. Any issues with installation or did you have it installed professionally.

The service manual notes that the battery must be disconnected when the bumper is taken off. Did any fault codes have to be cleared?

Wow, that is neat! You have to hate these Road Safety laws in North America, because all these active high beam lighting systems are banned, at least that's what I've been told.

I wonder if the Canadian market allows this blue to white transition
Any fellow Canadians out here?

Yes, I discovered that the Muscle Leopard version does allow the installation of the original covered star, but other models such as the one Extreme Motorsport is touting on that well know auction site actually come with the star installed and do not allow the original covered star to be fitted.

It's a case of buyer beware because the seller shows a grille without the star, so as to avoid any copyright violation, but the grille does not have the correct recess for an original star.

Interesting, mine is leopard - I showed it in this thread - "without the star" and I was able to fit the OEM star from my brand new C in it without any issues. The fitment was also good, all tabs snapped into place.

Yes, the whole thing, it is important (there are instructions on how to do this in this thread). You will need to jack up the car for better access.

S18LOK, I believe the grill comes without the star. You would use the star already on your car.

This is important because the Distronic star is different from the non-Dis star.
