C 250 GPS update
Not sure if this has been covered before
I just bought a 2012 C 250 for the wife. Last week she used the GPS to go somewhere in Tampa, Florida. The darn thing led her on a wild goose chase. I had to find her on my iPhone and give here directions out of the wilderness.
What could be possible wrong with the navigation system on a 2012 car? Is an update recommended?
I did try to update the navigation on line, but apparently it has to be done at the dealership?

I think this is in the wrong forum. You need to post this (or a mod to move this) in the w204 section.
As an aside, it's always a good idea to have the nav up-to-date but I wouldn't expect the 2012 maps to be so wrong.

I looked at the w205 description and it shows the C 250. The w204 does not.
