Missing "eyelets" in trunk. Can't secure luggage net
 

Car came with a luggage net but my trunk is missing two of the four the metal "eyelets" that you hook the net to.

I'm attaching a picture of the instructions to set up the net and a photo of my trunk. I'm missing the top two metal hooks/eyelets. All I have is a flat plastic circle in the trunk mat where those should be.

Am I supposed to buy additional hardware?

I originally thought this, too, but soon realized that the eyelets are located much closer to the rear seat. You'll need to pull the carpet back toward the rear of the car from the seat back. I can take photos in the morning, if needed...

yeah the eyelets were hidden beneath the carpet towards the seat, just need to pull it through the slit in the carpet on each side... i am one of these people that never read instructions... however this time, scratching my head, I had to read them lol

I scratched my head for about a minute when I first started to install the net, and then I had the help of a completely disinterested, passing-by wife who says 'look under the carpet up there' pointing at the seat area. Brilliant.

Thank you guys. I too thought I was missing something....and I was. Now I can get rid of my Toyota Tacoma and just tie down all my lumber yard loads with those extra eyelets. :D
