De-mystifying: Active full-LED lights vs LED lights

My driver side LED center light does not turn on at night but the high-beam works in that part of the light and so does the turn features.
So what I'm saying for clarity is that on the drive side, at night, 1 light is on, on passenger side, 2 lights are on. Not sure what is going on as there is no error code in the module so it's weird that the LED went out if, if that is the case.
