That's a shame, I had one as a loaner recently. Loved it, even with the base V6 engine.

You should appreciate W205 for what it offers. by the sound of things it is the wrong car for you. it was never marketed to be the most exciting drive in its segment either. fault is not with the car....

Very nice collection indeed. My wife has a newer Cartier Tank, her Father's watch...a 1962 Longines 10K gold Mystery dial, and a couple of Movados. I have that Vacheron & Constantin/LeCoultre 14K & diamond Mystery dial, three Movados (the nicest being a newer Series 800), and gifts watches from work...a Tiffany & Co. S.S. Portfolio (never worn), and a Citizens Eco World that I just gave to my son (never worn).

Either the Cartier Calibre Steel Chronograph or the Tag Heuer Carrera Flyback chronograph will be my first automatic.

Either would be a great addition, but the Cartier would be more special!

I don't need to drive to work, so I try to think up excuses to take mine for a drive. No, I am not losing interest, I still love driving it...

Yeah I did see that...I had no idea that when I bought my C400 that it was going to be a one and done...I don't know if that would've have changed my mind but it would have been good to know.

Well, the reality is they didn't so much discontinue the C400. They just enhanced it.

Just looking on the positive side. But it really is just an early refresh.

I just took delivery of my second W205 and couldn't be happier! My first one was a 2015 Iridium/Black MB Tex sport pkg car and although I was super excited to get the car, once it arrived I never warmed up to it so I sold it after about six months.

One day I found myself chatting on the phone with my salesman about what I wish I would've done the first time around (color change and Airmatic suspension were the top of the list), he took notes and a few weeks later he gave me an ETA on when "my" car would arrive! I was surprised for a few reasons...he never asked me for a deposit (they required a $2,500 deposit the first time) and the combo I wanted was not a combo a dealer would typically order for inventory (Lunar Blue/Cranberry)

Since my first experience didn't go as well as I had hoped I had already begun shopping for a other cars, mainly a 328i xdrive wagon in Estoril Blue to match my M3 but I sat tight until the Benz showed up. I've been super busy all summer so the car sat on their lot for about 10 days before I finally got a chance to see it (also gave me a leg up on negotiations )

I went over and snapped a few pics to show my wife, she really disliked the color combo (negotiations with her were more difficult than at the dealer!) but a few days later I took delivery of the car and I'm super, super happy with my decision!
