Auto dimming feature on C450 AMG Package
Hello Everybody,
I tint windows to 15% and the auto dimming feature is driving me crazy. Cant see anything from the drivers mirror or the back window. Does anyone know where to disable this feature? I went through manual and couldn't find anything.

Unless Benz has changed the system the auto dimming of all mirrors is controlled by the interior mirror. This can be defeated with a Star or by simply pulling the plug on the interior mirror.
EDIT: i.e the light sensor is in the interior mirror.

Wouldn't you also lose power to the two LEDs and garage door opener if you pulled the plug on the interior mirror?
