Rattling on standard, non-Burmester speakers?

Has anyone had rattling issues on the standard speakers or is it specific to the Burmester setup? I'm picking options for a C450 and might save myself a bit if I can be sure I'd have rattle-free (albeit otherwise inferior) audio.

It's not really a rattle. It sounds like ground fault interference that occurs at 220 htz. You need a tone generator app, connect to the car and play a 220 htz tone. If it hums and buzzes in the front door 4" speakers you've got the issue. If it plays the tone cleanly, it's okay.

There's a YouTube video of the app and the buzz.

Yep. I rented a basic c300 last week and it did it as well. Bermester makes it rattle more though. Here's my c400 on the way back in for repairs today. So far 24 days this year - still unfixable. https://twitter.com/idiotcreative/status/689219944517472256
