Tyre Wear on C300h
I'm curious to hear from other C300h drivers regarding tyre wear. I've done just under 11k miles and the tyres need replacing. This has come as a shock to me (and to the lease company!) - I'm sure they think I've been doing donuts in Aldi's car park with the Corsa and Saxo drivers.
My driving is predominantly motorway and whilst I don't have to fork out for the tyres myself 11k miles on a set is a bit rubbish in my opinion. Having said that, ATS told me they'd had cars come in which had only done 6-7k on a set.
Unless 11k is the norm for a set of runflats, there's something strange about the C300h that causes excessive tyre wear.

The fronts were more worn on the shoulder, rears pretty even. All 4 were down to the minimum. I reckon it's the hybrid element - combination of energy harvesting and also the way in which it puts down power - I've noticed when I switch from reverse to drive (such as reversing from a driveway) and apply the throttle there's a delay and then power is deployed from the battery which tends to slightly spin the rears each time.

really depends on alignment, how you drive and what kind of roads you drive in.
in my case, my previous g35 OEM tires were replaced at 45k miles (all highway, extremelly heavy on the pedal).
then after that when i started workign in brooklyn (crapton of potholes) i was replacing tires at 20k or less.
