My guess is they wouldn't have included it in the original offer. But it should be about 750. And the way mercedes does it now. You should defi take advantage even if they want you to cover the costs should be about 30 bucks to payment unless u can negotiate it. Which can be pretty tough to do though not uncommon.

Seems like a very good deal better than my lease deal on a 2016 c450 same msrp as yours, by about 150 bucks. But I put 2k down not 5k.

Figure its about 30-35 dollars per 1k down. So your extra 3k taking the high side is 105. Your beating my deal by about 45 bucks a month.

And I qualified for fleet pricing which saved me 2600 off the bat. So your deal is looking way better.

Good job

Yea pretty much. But ya gotta be willing to walk away if u are getting push back. Young folks tend to get shafted. I agree largely because there new to car buying and don't really know the process and because sales guys know when they got you. Thats there job.

So be willing to put your foot down and say it really needs the maintenance and thats my budget. See what they say... But be willing to bring something to the table something in your back pocket..

If they say it will raise ur payments to say 625.. Come back and say cant go any higher than 595.

U know what I'm saying?

Just gotta stay focused and patient and be willing to walk away if its outside your budget or u think somethings up...

750 stretched over 3 yrs shouldn't increase payment that much. Probably closer to 15-20 range
Its not life or death really. But if they come back at like 650+ then there smoking crack.

Gotcha not gonna pay more than 600 monthly.

Im sure they'll go ahead and do that cause i literally havent asked for anything.

Walked in and asked if they are still leasing the C450 for 523 a month as it says on the MB website.

OP, when your car is ready for delivery and you sit down with the financial guy, you may want to also consider "multiple security deposits." These can reduce you money factor by quite a bit and are returnable at the end of the lease. Each security deposit that you put up front, will reduce the MF by 0.00007. I believe that you may be able to put in 9-10 of these deposits. Each deposit will be equal to your monthly rounded to the nearest $50. So, with a monthly of $584, each msd will be $600. Assuming you have the spare cash, putting down 10 deposits ($6000) will reduce your MF by 10x 0.00007 = 0.0007. So, if your MF is 0.00121, subtract 0.0007 and get a new MF of 0.00051. Do the math and you will see this is one hell of a deal if that money comes from a money market or bank account.

I took advantage of ten refundable security deposits totaling $5000 and direct deposit.

The OP's lease looks good. As a point of reference my C450 had an MSRP of $59,840 plus $975 in pre-paid maintenance for a total of $60,815. I am paying $480 a month for 48 months with 10K miles per year and $1,620 to cover up front fees, taxes and registration. Total payments for the 48 months comes to $24,660.

I am thinking to lease a C43 AMG. I expect the money factor will be high. To save some $$, I can put multiple security deposits or do "one pay lease" - the money factor can be very low and it can end up saving a couple thousands $$ in total payment. For me, I can afford the one lease payment upfront and I am more than willing to do so if I am not at risk when the car is totaled.

For "one pay lease", I am just wondering what happens if the car is totaled? I checked the lease term, but I just couldn't fully understand it.

"You will pay us the gap amount which is the difference between the early termination liability and the insurance proceeds we received based on the total loss. We agree to waive the Gap Amount if you had the vehicle insurance required by this lease at the time of total loss." "If this is a single payment lease, you will receive a refund equal to your lease payment divided by your lease term times the number of months left in this lease at the itme of the loss of the vehicle."

From reading the term, with one payment lease, I am not at risk and I get a pro-rated refund of total payment.

However, from i have been reading online, I am at risk of paying the gap difference Sorry, I only leased once and I really dont understand this and I am trying to balance the trade off.

I know that in my post above yours I put the MSD reduction per deposit to be 0.00007, but I'm not really sure about that figure as I have also heard that it may be 0.00005. Which one applied to your deal? Then again, this may not be the latest as it looks as though your car is a 2016 c3000 sedan and I'm into a 2017 c300 coupe???

No, 5K in MSD's. And FYI, they rolled my maintenance in for $10 a month (3 years). Do NOT accept that it is really the $1,125.00 in the config tool.

EDIT: I almost forgot, I did not even ask them to do this, they offered. They WILL go low on the maintenance!!

For my lease it was .00007 per security deposit. Based on my lease payment it was $500 per MSD, or $5,000 total.

I just called the financial guys at my dealer and finally got a straight answer: 0.00007 per MSD. Good to confirm that this is the correct figure.

No MSDs in NY. Register the car elsewhere to use them. GAP is in your insurance policy automatically once they see it's a lease, at least with Geico, Allstate and Progressive.

Ok couple of things here is that Tax in ? I am pretty sure its not but here is the program for August for the c450 36/12

Residual 58%
Money Factor 0.00096

MB have a 1800 summer event credit right now so base out of my calculations you can do better.

Second dont let the dealer add the dealer fee, Docs, tag and inception fees to the deal tell them to take them out and make it part of the down payment...

So my imput will be like this get the car 10% MSRP + the $1,800 of the summer sale event = $7,938 off MSRP

with that said you should be around $493.00 + your local tax

Dealer is not interested in negotiation they're saying it's already a good enough deal should I just walk away?

I was asking them if the summer sales event was over why were they doing a

6k discount on the car? They told me it was a "special lease offer".

They also said that the deal was on a car with an msrp of 50k compared

to this cars 61k. This is why i thought it was a good deal.
