Wheel Tire Fitment Question
Greetings, I'm new to MB but a long time automotive enthusiast. Just took delivery of a 16 C300 sport and love it so far.
Do any of you know if this wheel/tire combo will fit my C300 without issue? I have an opportunity to pick these up at a great deal, but am concerned they are just too aggressive.
New:
Front - 18x 8.5 width ET 34.5 with 255/40/18
Rear - 18x 9.5 width ET 48 with 285/35/18
I think OEM specs are:
Front 18x7.5 width ET 44 with 225/45
Rear 18x8.5 width ET49 with 245/40
Thanks!

Subtract the offset difference in mm vs OEM
(44 - 34.5 = 9.5)
Then add half the extra width of the new tire in mm. (255 - 225 = 30, /2 =15)
15 + 9.5 = 24.5 mm
That's how much space you need up front.
Measure the current gap between the wheel and the fender lip and convert that to mm. In your case you need 1" (1"= 25mm)
That's how much space you have.
Just eyeballing your numbers I think you'll be fine, but do those calculations to be sure.
