Check engine light at 43k miles - is it safe to drive to dealer?

Just got a check engine light. The car was driving when I first noticed the light but im worried if its safe to take to a dealer.

This is what my Autolink AL319 reader shows:

How serious is this and can I take it on highway speeds to my dealer about 15 miles away?

If it's really a stuck PCV valve it's safe to drive. If you're not sure call your service advisor. If they're concerned they'll send a truck and tow it in, but I think it's fine to drive to the shop.
