Please PM me.
I think this might be easy, but I'm not a CAD expert...

2024 X5 M60i, 2018 C63S Coupe (sold)
I have a BCN3D Sigma R17 printer. Max print size is just under 12" x 9" x 9". It can print ABS and other materials but I've only ever used PLA, and are a hobbyist/novice at best.

If you need a part designed from scratch... I know my way around but I'm a software engineer, not a mechanical engineer or 3D artist.

I can PM if you have some part you'd like to see if will print... do you think the above print dimensions would suffice?
