but invariably it will occasionally attract criticism... do you care about criticism, here online or on the street? If you don't, then apply them to your car

I agree with Peter. If it makes you happy do it. My c class has AMG wheels but it definitely is not an AMG.

For 2018 cars in the USA that used to be sport models are now going to be AMG packages. This is true for C class and GLC so It would fit.
