Is it okay to just engage “P in incline?
Okay so I was waiting for someone at a incline.
I just switched my gear to “P” and it was all good
but I was wondering since the “PARK” or “P”didn’t show
up in the dashboard if I had to engage the
E-brake manually or if the brake automatically applies
since I took my foot off the pedal.

I'm guessing that if you turned the engine off and opened the door, your parking brake would have engaged.

Well I didn’t do that... so everytime I engage park
the brake applies?

What I would-do-do-do in same sitruation:

1. Engage "Brake Hold" with the brake pedal

2. Then engage Parking Brake manually by pushing in the Parking Brake button

I should’ve done number 2 lol
Do you think it damaged anything?
The car seemed to be fine but lol
I didn’t hear any noise or
feel the car moving.
