My 2015 C300 is calling for a service A4? Never heard of it. Does anyone know what it entails? I hope is just an oil change.

i thought service is every 10k 10,000 miles.

I'm at 23K miles and it says I'm due for my A4 in 87 days.

If your Service Interval gets "reset" at any point - it automatically goes out to 1yr/10K from time/miles from that reset - so the question is what happened either 1yr ago from like this next January ?

My service reminder always tells me how many days are left and not how many miles....so I think the miles (probably?) don't count until then.

Probably your 3rd service, right? 1 per year, regardless of mileage. That's why you see days left, rather than mileage. The car will show whatever you are getting closer to. If you're still 4000 miles out but only 3 months, it will show the days remaining.

So it's a 3yr/30k service, which is just oil/filter replacement and a number of inspections. The dust filter under the hood is called for every 10k in some cars but I don't see the point unless you are also doing the internal cabin filter.
