Comand reboots after screen turns to snow
Test drove a 2016 C300 the other day. About 10-15 minutes into the drive the comand screen turns snow color and begins rebooting several times. Of course, when I got back to the dealer I couldn’t duplicate the problem. The dealer (not an MB dealer) called MB and they told him it could be because the car was sitting so long and the comand system was “updating”.
I find that hard to believe after reading all the threads about comand reboots. The dealer can’t reproduce the problem. Other than run away from this C300, is there any truth to this and what should I do about it ?
