Need your opinion

I currently own a C230 2005 Kompressor and its really time for me to get another car, this car has been a great car for me you're not going to believe this but the mileage is over 219,000 and I've had some repairs but not major. With that being said I was thinking about purchasing another Mercedes however when I was speaking with someone that I know they said that I should not buy another used Mercedes, because he knows people who have experienced major repairs and he feels that it's just not the same as it was years ago. I would like to get your feedback, your experiences, and advice ... I'm looking to buy C class from years of 2013 2014 and 2015.. is this still a good car to buy??

A lot of people will say negative things about these cars because a few have had problems. But if you aim for a 2016 or newer you will avoid all the problems. I have heard people complain about the car because of tire noise with the run flats but it is an easy fix to replace tires, in saying that I have absolutely nothing bad to say at all about the c300 that I now have or the previous 2013 c250 that I had until it got smashed.

The '13 and '14 year C's will be the final model years of the previous W204 generation. They should be solid and very good deals can be found depending on location. I would avoid any '15 W205 C class unless it's a CPO with a good warranty. If you plan on keeping the car long term (out of warranty) you may be better off going with a W204 or a 2016+ W205.
