I have a 2015 C300 and the silver trim around the ash tray/storage compartment is broken and splintered. I don't see any parts listing for just the trim.
I see the whole console piece but don't see the silver trim piece on it, or included. I did see the silver trim for the cd player and it was just the trim with adhesive strip on it.
I don't know if what I am looking for comes separate or do I have to replace the whole cover?

I looked on eBay but didn't see any, I guess you can ask your local MB dealer for a P/N, I got some scuff marks on the silver piece where the button to open armrest storage is, I thought it would be easy to find a replacement since it's fairly easy to remove, but have no luck finding one.

The dealership ordered in a replacement trim piece around the cup holders (will post up the part number shortly). Any tips on removal, or is it a simple pry job?

Here are pics of the trim piece and part number - I was able to get it under warranted but was told it was ~$100. The service advisor thought it was a simple job and thought I could do it myself, but based on the lip, it appears you have to lift up the center console wood trim (may just have them do it)…

Look at the tabs on the part and you can guess. it's likely the console has to be out, from what i see.

This response may be a little late but, There are some Youtube videos that show how to pull the top cover of the center console. Once you remove the top cover, you will need to remove the cup holder portion from the cover to replace the trim. Removing the center console cover is straight forward and I plan to complete my replacement of the trim tonight. Here is a link to a Youtube video that shows the process. I will let you know the outcome after my replacement.

Ok, so it wasn't even a 1 beer job. The video is exact on what to do. Once you get the center console cover off there are 2 screws to remove the cup holder portion. The trim piece is removed easily and the new one snapped in place with no problem. Reinstall everything in reverse order.
