Did you buy that amp yet? Its a little small. You can grab the audio signal wires in the trunk and just run a power wire from your battery.

No need to cut any factory wires.

There's a battery in the trunk that you connected power to? I thought w205s only have a battery up front under the hood.

This is great!!! Can you help me answer the following questions?

Will I be able to use the existing amp for power to my amp/sub? I know it worked with your 300w sub/amp but i will be using a Kicker VCWR122 and a 500w rms amp.

Can you send me a link to the Line-out converter you found for $25.

Can you send a link for the inline fuse you used?

To answer your questions;
i used the fuse box in the trunk to pull power. I used 10guage wire for power with an inline fuse. If you search "600w amp kit" on Amazon, that should do the trick. It will come with everything needed.
Any line out converter will work. They're all pretty much the same. And as far as cutting wires, who cares? They're speaker wires. Cutting them is not going to hurt them. I never buy those overpriced wiring harnesses.
This kit will work: https://www.amazon.com/BOSS-Audio-Amplifier-Installation-Wiring/dp/B0002VM8RU/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1549456945&sr=8-1-spons&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_FMwebp_QL65&keywords=600w+ amp+wiring+kit&psc=1
This l-o converter will work: https://www.amazon.com/PAC-SNI-35-Variable-Line-Converter/dp/B001EAWS3W/ref=mp_s_a_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1549457033&sr=8-4&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_FMwebp_QL65&keywords=line+out+ converter&dpPl=1&dpID=51hGNsTrLKL&ref=plSrch

Also, the link I gave you for the wiring kit will direct you to buy the 4 guage kit, you don't need that. The 10 or 8 guage will work. I'm showing the 10 guage out of stock, so I would do the 8.
Or carefree option, go to local car audio store and tell them this: "I need a line out coverter and a 600 watt amp wiring kit that comes with a fuse". You will pay a little more for box store prices.
