AMG wheels
I have a 2011 Mercedes C300 sports package with the staggered wheel fitment. Would 18 inch AMG wheels fit? I believe they'll fit in the rear but I'm unsure if they'll fit on the front and clear the fenders when turning. Does anyone have any advice on this?

Yes, if the new wheels are off a W205 they’ll share the same offsets and should bolt right up. No clearance issues. |
You’re welcome. Any wheel for or from the W220 S Class, W221 S Class, W215 CL or W216 CL and W204 and W205 C Class will fit. They all share the same offsets, hub bore, bolt circle and widths. Just remember to reduce tire sidewall height if you increase the diameter of the new rim, by an inch for a Plus 1 (up 1” in rim diameter) or 2” for a Plus 2 (going up 2 inches in rim diameter) If your swapping OEM wheels your existing lugs will work. For aftermarket buy a set from the vendor. Your TPMS sensors will swap over. |

[QUOTE=PADesignss;7680727]Thank you so much. Do you recommend a specific sidewall size?[/] On a W204 the sizes were 225/40/18 front and 255/35/18 rear with 7.5/8.5 Remember that the sidewall height on a tire isn’t a fixed number and size. It’s always a ratio of the tire tread width. So a 255/35 has a tread width of 255mm and a sidewall that’s 35% of 255 mm. 255 x .35 = 89mm 89mm = 3.5” tall sidewall. A 225/35 would have a shorter sidewall even though it’s a “35” profile tire... 225 x .35 = 79mm 79mm = 3” tall sidewall |
