Did you update mcu and can as well?

yes i did but the old password 8888 doesn't work they change it but they don't wanna give to the customer bc they say it is having problem when u change something, but i was wondering if someone has the new password

Make sure the file u copy from this download to memory card is named bootanimation.zip. Copy this file to the internal memory of the screen and save it in the root folder ..Then go into settings look for your firmware click that and enter 12345678 then press the top box and update .. will be all correct again then
Found out the error why sound is not working: I have activated the "Radio" app in the secret menu. And this app causes the sound issues. So after deactivating it works very well.
The new password for the secret menu is 1812 instead of 8888

regarding the V41 UI. They say that it is still full of bugs and I think we should wait for these to be crushed. Furthermore, personally, I like the V36 UI much better. (if you need the password for the submenu of V41, it is 1812) https://l.facebook.com/l.php?u=https...Ki-z7z83HbC1II
When installing V36 it might switch to chinese language, but this can be changed in the submenu (code 8888)

Hi. I could use some help. Today I have installed an 10,25 android system in a cla w117 model 2014. The car has ntg 4.5. The problem that I am facing is that command is not visible, audio and all other functions work perfectly. LVDS cable is connected as well Any suggestions?

Before you pull a part to check the harness. Check the screen resolution on android factory settings
I don't know how you getting in to the hidden menu as I don't have the same version as you but can you fellow below video and see if you can set it up? If not go to setting and do full reset and see if that brings up the menu and if you don't mind can you send me your software version pictures
