Has anyone installed an oil catch can on the M274?
Currently worried about the oil separator going bad or other out of warranty repairs that could be prevented. Trying to get ahead of it and install an external catch can ... although I can't seem to find guidance on plumbing it into the PCV system. Has anyone done this? Also, have any of you had issues with carbon buildup on the valves or premature failure of the oil separator or any components in the system ?
