Fog lamp on other side

Fog lamp on other side
Hi All, I am new to the group but been driving MB for yrs and worked for them for a time in the distant past.
I have recently relocated from N Ireland to Portugal for work and I am in the process of importing my 2016 C250. Went for the equivalent for the MOT test today and failed on the dipped beam direction and having the rear fog lamp on the right hand side and not the left.
I have already adjusted the horizontal on the dipped beams....
but does anyone know if it is just a matter of putting bulbs in the left side lamp? Is the lamp even there? Do I need to go to MB to have it programmed to lite up the left side?
Any advice gladly received!!
