DRL does not work during the day

DRL does not work during the day
Good morning friends. I inserted used optics into my vehicle, the left optics is using the original ballast, the right optics is using the competition ballast. The right-hand optics do not turn on DRL in auto mode during the day, but turn on in manual mode and turn on when night falls in auto mode. Will programming be required? will it be ballast? Will it be from the optics? Already took to the brand but they can not communicate with optics through the software. Suggestions?

its not software it is just relays
two possibilities:
1. Left ballast is also bad
2. replacement aftermarket ballast does not properly work and is disrupting the circuit that the DRL runs on
or the DRL bulb is burned out

I explained badly, what does not work the DRL in daytime automatic mode is the right optics, where has the ballast of competition. do you say it can be relays?
