Post Code P2036 and Code P2038 Help

The checking engine line on, then I check by the MB II code reader. Code P0236 and Code P0238 After that the Engine light is off. But when I plug in again so the code was not clear. Is that caused by adding some fluel injection cleaner to my Tank gas ? I do it every year. Just did a couple day ago. Thank you so much
