[QUOTE=atmdynotuning;8016476]Hello Guys,
Just wanted to create this new thread to introduce our Stage 2+ Turbo Upgrade for the C300 W205 platform.
Its Compressor wheel and Turbine wheel has the biggest diameter comparing to similar C300 stage 2 turbos available in the market. Which makes it the most powerful C300 W205 Hybrid turbo available.
We are expecting to reach 300+ WHP on pump gas and hopefully a lot more with Water-Meth injection.
HEY GUYS,
Im from Australia, i am very interested in your work and progress and would be keen to try out the new turbo and forged internals. Please keep working on this as there are people out there like myself who are itching to find turbo upgrades, forged internals and the works for our cars. Im currently driving a tuned c250 2015 amg line. She is quick of the line and drives hard. I have exhausted all my upgrade options and i am looking for the next thing to do on my car. Iv done armytrix catless downpipe, ftp charge pipe, bmc intake, gfb dv+. Next is turbos, meth injection and forge internals. I want to make big power. So keep me posted i am super keen!!

E300 W213 owner here - Looking to upgrade turbos on my M274. I want the build to be reliable and stout even though I don't plan on using this car at the track. I am located in Los Angeles.

Initial Post edited.
Added Price and Dyno Results along with the mods.
Will be adding an extra methanol nozzle as soon as the quarantine is over, and retune it.
Should hopefully reach 320 whp or maybe 330 whp.
will keep you posted.
I have also included a special MBWorld members discount.

Any update about this project? Did you get the 320WHP?

Unfortunately, the exhaust housing cracked. Surprisingly there was no loss of power so I did not know when the crack happened. there was about 10 months of use since i installed it, and i only found out about the crack when i removed it last week to install the new turbo.
The comp wheel is the one supplied by Turbokits, and the exhaust wheel is 40mm/45mm. Just a disclaimer that Jesse has already warned me that we are running too thin a wall, but i decided to go ahead as no one was doing this at that time. It will still be good to have a good 5-6mm of thickness left, but then again the bore would be too minimal that we can't fit a much larger wheel in. That's the limitation of the w205 turbo housing (but they pull so well from the start, thanks to the weeny hotside )
During the last dyno session, we did not make full power and it was on a lower boost. Before i changed the turbo, it was doing 26psi peak and taper to 24psi. only managed to do a simple obd 0-100km/hr which clocked 5.2s (c mode) with bad wheel spin on 1st. it should do ard 4ish secs with better traction.
I am running the meth injection as well, 500cc sprayed from before the TB (post intercooler). Will be adding a second (and smaller) nozzle right after the turbo comp outlet.
I now have a BW turbo fitted, but still doing some fine tweaking to it. I'm based off in Asia, and there are forged pistons made for the W205 around this region. For the intercooler, it should be fairly easy to get a larger core and fab the appropriate end tanks, but till now i still feel the current C300 intercooler is sufficient. would be good to get some insights from you on this.

I want to do the turbo kits upgrade with the AEM v3 meth but I would like to keep the engine bay and car looking as stock as possible, I'm still researching and planning but I haven't seen any completed installation to be inspired from... questions on:
- the ideal location for an easily reachable tank for meth,
- safe and quiet location for the pump
- discreet location for the nozzle ideally right before the throttle body.
- discrete location for the meth controller yet visible warning light.
- what tune to do?

2) likewise you can keep your pump at the boot under tray as well. there is more than enough pressure to run the line.
3) you are looking for a throttlebody spacer. see pic below
4) meth controller in the glove compartment. Once you set it and its tuned, you dont have to touch it. add a on/off kill switch for instances where you need to turn it off completely for troubleshooting.
5) get a custom tune.

Hey. I'm stage 2 with amr and catless downpipe, charge pipe, cold air intakes, BOV, and no muffler. Will soon do x pipe and resonator delete... If i get this turbo upgrade, would I need some type of cooling or meth injection kit? I already feel the heat when I push very hard at high speeds due to also having no catalytic converter.... Let me know if any type of cooling or anything else is needed if I make this turbo upgrade... thanks

this kit is for c300

i know.... My car IS a 2015 Mercedes Benz c300 base... all those mods were done to my car and im definitly going to go turbo with the meth injection kit.... Before, ima also take off my resonator and mid mufflers and cats ontop of everything i already did as previously stated. Will hope to touch WELL over 300WHP after this upgrade as right now my catalytic converter is off, muffler deleted, armytrix downpipe installed, FTP charge pipe, MST Cold air intakes, and AMR Stage 2 map running 93 octane... After doing the mid muffler/cat delete as well as a resonator, I will change my stage 2 map to 91 octane and get 93 gas while having my ECU on 91 map to hopefully get even more gains and different burbles. After, the turbo and meth injection will come in, and then its dyno time hopefully will push one of the fastest c300's in the US...

1) you can hide your tank in the boot under tray. Go for the BMS 2gal universal Low Pro tank or the Snow Perf 2.5gal tank (40014).

Hello friend, I have a c200 w205, I have 4 questions, 1-can you put it without modifying anything? 2- it does not generate more heat? 3- do they bring any extra coating? 4- where can I contact you to make the purchase

This thread is relevant. Does anyone know the mechanical differences (if any) between W213 E200 and E300? Both have the M264/M274 engine but I could not find any information on their turbo sizes, intercooler sizes, stock pressures etc.

I would recommend Turbokits, here is the link: https://www.turbokits.com/tk-mercede...o-upgrade.html
