It looks like the fiber optic cable attached to the headunit through quadlock connector isn't passing any signal.
Could be as simple as it not being seated properly or as hard as it being broke halfway through which would require a whole rewire basically.
for how to remove the center console, there will be a big silver box held in by 2 plastic arms which are in turn held by 2 retaining T20 (iirc) screws which you will have to unscrew and pull the arms toward you.
Once you've done that you can slide the headunit out and check the big connector for 2 orange wires on the bottom left if looking at the headunit from the back and see if they're seated in properly.
Remove the centre console, remove the radio and see if there is any broken cable or if everything is plugged in. This would be your first step but if everything looks good, you will need to head to MB.
